2. When should i book?
We recommend you book as early as possible as the end of April is very busy.
3. When do you pick up and deliver?
Store Your Dorm can facilitate pick ups and deliveries 7 days a week from 9am till 7pm. Pick ups and deliveries between 7pm and 10pm can be arranged for an additional charge. Our first and last days of operation are contained on the individual university pages.
Re-Deliveries further than 5 kilometres from the pick-up location will have a surcharge of $25 to $50 due to the extra mileage, gas and labour time involved.
4. What are your office hours and scheduling hours?
The Store Your Dorm booking office is open Monday to Friday from 9am till 7pm EST, Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 5pm EST. If we are on the phone leave a message and we will get back to you within the hour.
